Belgian food mood

Belgium has been a land of creativity for centuries, and the same is true in the culinary field.


We are what we eat. All processes must take into account respect, time and social investment at every stage.

The Belgian promotion of emerging talent is always an exciting experience and we therefore reconsider all aspects of food by looking for new culinary practices.


Without being a specialist but listening to them, we think that it does help us to eat better and therefore live better.


This year we have decided to collaborate with the Brussels Food Business Center which aims to help young companies by accompanying them in their culinary project.

We are therefore very happy to be able to join forces with "Art&Food @the Bascule" which will allow us to
to promote again this creativity that the whole world recognizes us in the heart of this extraordinary art space that is the Rivoli Gallery.
