Established in Ixelles since 1986, Le Saint-Aulaye is an artisanal bakery-pastry shop.
Saint-Aulaye is the name of a small town in the Dordogne where Gérard Marciquet, the founder of the company, did his apprenticeship.
It was taken over in 2008 by Fabien Grégoire and Jean-Louis Barré, both of whom already had a solid experience in Saint-Aulaye.
Fabien, Compagnon du Tour de France, leads a team of pastry chefs who work every night to offer you creations that are as much a feast for the eyes as for the taste buds.
Whether they are classic or more original, every day the Saint-Aulaye takes care of the quality and freshness of all the ingredients that make up its pastries.
Jean-Louis, with 20 years of experience in customer service (including a stint at Harrods in London) will welcome you and advise you with his team.
